Jennifer Flynn Dear

Managing Director, Corporate Affairs at KPMG

 

Jennifer joined KPMG in 1998 specializing in experiential marketing and innovative sponsorships. Since that time, she has held various leadership roles within the firm focused on relationship and brand building programs, corporate social responsibility efforts and effective communications platforms. 

Currently, Jennifer leads initiatives to support the firm’s growth priorities, brand, and reputation with a focus on community vitality, and college and career readiness. In addition, Jennifer leads KPMG Alumni Strategies maintaining strong connectivity with 80,000+ former KPMG professionals in the U.S, through world-class experiences that engender pride, celebration, and stewardship.
  
As a marketing and communications professional with over twenty-five years of experience, Jennifer has directed many first-time initiatives to drive positive social change and enhance the KPMG brand in the market including programs with the World Economic Forum, the Nobel organization, and the PGA of America. Her areas of expertise include non-traditional collaborations, executive and experiential communications, and innovative partnerships between corporate, government, civic and nonprofit entities.

Jennifer is a Board Member of Career Solutions of Central Florida in Orlando. She is a member KPMG’s Network of Women, Abilities in Motion and Veteran’s Business Resource Group and a sponsor and supporter of numerous Central Florida community organizations.

Jennifer is a graduate of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She and her husband, Joe, have three young adult children and reside in Winter Park, FL.
