UCF’s Inclusive Education Services (IES) program at the Toni Jennings Exceptional Education Institute provides adults with intellectual disabilities with a professional services credential while they are immersed on the UCF campus. During the two-year experience, students develop their passions and strengths, enhancing their ability to facilitate long-term paid employment after graduation. Our program delivers an innovative and distinctive collegiate experience. Students live on campus, engaging with other UCF students, faculty and staff. They participate in sporting events, student organizations and community events. In addition, they learn employment skills and complete internships with community businesses. IES is an integral part of the College of Community Innovation and Education.
