Join UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, the College of Sciences and the College of Community Innovation and Education for an evening at 4Roots Farm Campus, a working uban farm cultivating change in the heart of Orlando. 4Roots is a nonprofit organization founded by John Rivers and is dedicated to unearthing the power of food to build healthy communities.
Explore the spaces shaping the future of food and hear from John Rivers himself while enjoying signature bites and beverages from 4Rivers.
