Title:
Nurses – Our Journey Back

Summary:
The nursing profession has felt a seismic impact. So has the health care industry. This presentation will summarize the current state of nursing and propose ways we will lead forward from the perspective of the clinical nurse and nurse leader. The goal is to leverage what we have learned since 2020 to affirm nurses’ value in the industry and our communities as we take our journey back.

Objectives:
1. Describe the current state of nursing in the health care industry.
2. Identify what we learned that will be part of our future including new care model innovation.
3. Together, lead forward by naming a step you will take.
