Gifts made to the David Benjamin Schaefer Memorial Endowed Scholarship will provide essential support to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in hospitality management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
David grew up in Orlando and was a graduate of Boone High School. He attended the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where he was diligently working toward his bright future in the hospitality industry.
In honor of David’s life, his family and friends established the David Benjamin Schaefer Memorial Endowed Scholarship. This scholarship supports undergraduate and graduate students majoring in hospitality management at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
David lived his life with passion. He was gifted, handsome, funny and caring. He was also a talented guitar player and an incredible golfer. David found joy in bringing happiness to his family, friends and those he served in the hospitality industry.
