The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) at the UCF College of Business empowers students to succeed through the development of entrepreneurial mindsets and skillsets. By transforming the way students think and perform, the CEL is developing entrepreneurial leaders who go on to forge new ideas; create and lead innovative startups and corporate ventures; and solve important problems that enrich our lives, our economy and our society.
Extending beyond entrepreneurship as a career path, the CEL teaches students from all disciplines that entrepreneurship is a method, similar to the scientific method, that empowers students to address uncertainty and change with confidence and creative solutions. Students learn to go beyond established job descriptions and traditional pathways — and instead, build their own. Students graduate with more than a degree — they leave as young innovators ready to take risks, challenge convention and improve the world around them.
